- Fully furnished, bright and very spacious. Has two separate desks, two large closets, flat screen TV w/cable and is air-conditioned.
- The rent, $575 per month includes all utilities, internet, housekeeping, full use of the kitchen and NYC Student Homestay supervision (you can contact us 24/7 with any questions you might have, we are always there to help you).
- A part of a 3rd floor apartment in a lovely apartment building. Located in Bay Ridge neighborhood in Brooklyn, 3 min walk to the subway station and 20 min subway ride to Manhattan. One of the safest &most enchanting NYC neighborhoods. The apartment is in the heart of Bay Ridge, close to all (stores, restaurants, bars, banks, etc) and within a few minute walk to a beautiful park on the water.
- Easy access to all Brooklyn attractions like Coney Island, Brooklyn Botanical gardens, museums, Prospect Park etc.
